Now that the dust has settled I want to give a shout to the people - TopicsExpress

Now that the dust has settled I want to give a shout to the people behind my success. Obviously the first person has to be the main man, The Bainisteoir, my Coach John Kavanagh. Nothing gives me more confidence going going into a fight than knowing I will be taking instruction from the best. My longtime team mate and good friend Chris Fields MMA has been in my corner for nearly every pro fight I have had. He constantly pushes me and is there for any help when needed. He is especially a great helping hand when I am going through the unpleasant routine of the weight-cut. The guys in the Irish Strength Institute who have been looking after my strength and conditioning for years. In particular, Eoin Lacey and John Connor. I have been working my striking with Owen Roddy MMA and I saw glimpses of the improvements on Saturday. I look forward to taking my striking to the next level with him. I want to give a shout out to Me. SBG himself Eoghan Gerraghty. Eoghan has been in my corner for my last five fights, despite now living in London. A top guy, who embodies what team mate means. Finally, thank you to the rest of the team and staff at Sbg Ireland Concorde. On to the next one....
