Now that the most expensive house in the history of Beverly Hills has sold for seventy million, I remain committed to redoubling my educational efforts to show how severe of a distortion of the ideals of architectural modernism this is. Modernisms true origins lie in architecturally sophisticated housing for the masses, not for oligarchs. Public housing and other government buildings are some of Americas most important modernist structures. Bourgeois architects or architectural historians shall not be able to obscure the socialist origins of this architecture forever.
