Now that the weather has cleared, we cannot emphasize enough that you stay away from downed lines. Residents are trying to trim their trees, clear debris and dig out of their yards. Most of the kids are home from school and are out playing in the large snow banks. PLEASE do not go near downed power lines. They can be still be energized! Call us immediately so that we can get it documented to be taken care of. We also ask that you give consideration to our trucks traveling the streets. I have had some reports from our line personnel of people out looking at damage and it is hampering our crews getting around. With our large trucks, we need the room to get through the narrow road ways quickly. We thank you for your patience and help during this once in a lifetime storm. We hope to post an update shortly once we have had a chance to get our crews dispatched for the day.
