Now that was better. Mount Lofty beat Bundaberg in 5 sets. A very very slow start and a massive finish with a flurry of Mount Lofty dominance. 18-25, 26-24,17-25, 25-16, 15-8. Five sets with some spectacular plays, by superman Simon Gray, universal legend Henry Breen, Mount Lofty Footy clubs star Mark Nielsen, and our super leader who passed at 3:00 Rory Welsh. With outstanding support from king blocker Jordan Colotti, match winner Jake McIntyre. Tony Scott with no voice left and serving sensation libero Ben Williamson, received well in patches and showed some super defence. The middle was held down and shut down by Isaac Binder, with pinch blocking by Mr photogenic Wyatt Green, this club and our future is so bright I gotta wear shades. We have finished the first Australian Club titles in third spot missing out on the gold medal match only by set %, which hurts but it is character building and gives us another goal for next year.
