Now that we are home, I wanted to take a minute to talk about how the Bolo performed for us on this trip. We used this bad boy for everything we could think of, INCLUDING splitting whole oak and pine rounds with the assistance of a hammer. In addition, we cut all our meals, veggies & meat for prepping with it. We dug holes, used it as a fire poker, even pounded in tent stakes with the handle. Despite being left in the rain for a straight week, she came home a tad scuffed up, but still has a fine edge and works great. If your looking for a all in 1 camp or bush craft blade, the BOLO by Schrade, Old Timer and Uncle Henry Knives is defiantly worth the money.
