Ive been a busy bee, worked the bbq truck, then came home and made enough smoked chicken pot pie filling for 4 pies, then went down to the bbq kitchen and made this huge batch of brisket chili that I volunteered to cook and serve at Bartow Empty Bowls tomorrow. I will post a reminder of the event. But now to pop this pie in the oven and chill out for the evening. Yall have a great weekend!
