Now thinking getting the new puppy so soon wasnt a good idea even though he made that decision. We asked if he wanted to wait and his 10 year old heart said no. He really was ready. Now that hes home he is missing Trigger even more. Looking at the puppy is making him sadder. He said he just wishes he could have Trigger back. Guess he kind of thought that a replacement would make him less sad. Also, he is heart sick about having to read Shiloh at school. He was so excited when they started it. Now he said its going to hurt to read it. I know Trigger was just a dog but hewe loved him so much.
