Now this is good... Im sure a lot of you have seen the pretty curly-haired girl beating up the boys most nights at the gym. Heres a little tribute snatched from her moms page. :) Two great parents & two great kids Jeanne & Mike Whitacre... Lets go Jessi Whitacre!!! Well it was not too long ago when I was feeling excited, anxious and nervous, and posting about my son, Zach Whitacrestepping into that square ring for the first time, and now here I am with those emotions again as my daughter (never thought Id be saying this) prepares to do the same for her first fight on Sunday. Jessi Whitacre, after a bad/complete break of your great toe from training Muay Thai, coming back and training boxing for approximately the past 7 months, and training through sickness, braces tightening and spacers, and no contacts in your eyes for the past few weeks, it is now your turn to step into that square ring and give it your best. Stay focused these next few days, get your nerves in check, and in the words of John the talker Scully Lets get serious.
