Now this little known Beastie; that is people know what they look like on a plate but like Hot Dogs have rarely seen them in the wild, is at the heart and center of Burns Night celebrations! I have never seen one in the wild before and I also have wondered how Hot Dogs survive with out eyes. I will have to keep looking for a good Burns Night cooking program. I found one with a menu but it focuses mostly on the whiskey pairings which, lets face it, so do we. However the food portions are 1970s tiny pretentious! Now we all know any real Scotsman is going to need a heaping helping of every course. So as I go about looking to ensnare the stealthy Wild Haggis, I will keep my eyes out for some good food to go with the booze! Any suggestions on your favorite Burns Night foods? Americans should not be afraid to celebrate on the 26th. It has been almost a month at that point since New Years and the time is ripe to party and toast things encased in sheep lungs! You can also toast as many other things as you want so make sure to have your guest rooms ready or at least a tent on the lawn! After all most of the UK and Aussies are having fun so why shouldnt we Celts of the Americas? Here follows The Tale Of the Wild Haggis: https://youtube/watch?v=DuLbbXGFG50
