Now time to vent about this weeks headaches. Jaylyn hurt her foot sunday afternoon. Mystie was sitting on the picnic bench and jaylyn was standing behind her. Needless to say the bench and mystie fell on the top of jaylyns foot. It immediatly swelled and turned black and blue. I took her to springville er. They took x rays and three hours later came into the cubicle and said that it wasnt broken. The asshole doctor tells jaylyn that if she doesnt get down and walk on it , hes going to give her a shot. Dumbass my kid isnt afraid of shots. Jaylyn got down and tried to walk. Well she couldnt. He says if its not better in a few days to take her to her primary doctor. Whatever left there. Next day take her to her primary doctor. They say the same thing but to bring her back Thursday to have it rechecked. So i take her back yesterday still no better . Cant put weight on it and still swollen. Order more xrays this time went to warsaw. They were great. They knew right away her foot was broken. The primary calls me on the xray departments phone. She tells me yup its fractured but its a break that doesnt need to be casted. That she needs to bear weight on her foot and when i say theres no way she going to do that. Her answer is put a firm fitting shoe on her foot. I tell her theres no way im gonna do that to her. She says well u can get a second opinion from an ortho doctor if i chose too. Ugh duh of course i do. So now we r at today. Took her this morning to see an ortho doctor and now . Shes in a cast for at least the next three weeks. Thank god somethings finally done for her. She not only has a fracture but cartilage damage. I come home to a message from the er doctor on my answerin machine apologizing for the misunderstanding about jaylyns foot. Hmmm he heard rather fast that he screwed up. He can take his apology and shove it up his ass. Shes four years old and finally after five days she gets a cast for her broken foot. Ugh.....extremely pissed off.
