Now wait a minute I see my Brother Imam W.D. Mohammad up there. Some of you, you are very narrow parochial and silly. He had a disagreement with his father. Have you ever had a disagreement with your parents? Sometimes it gets serious and you fall out. These things happen but I want to say something ‘man’ I want my Christian brothers to help me with these words: ALL THINGS WORK TOGETHER FOR GOOD FOR THOSE WHO LOVE THE LORD AND WHO ARE CALLED ACCORDING TO HIS PURPOSE. Now I have got to walk a little bit look [look, look] you don’t know the relationship that I have with Imam since we were children even though we disagreed you never found me out in the public condemning him. I never taught any of you that were with me to have a negative thought toward him [Imam W. D. Mohammad]. When I learned Salat it was he [the Imam] who taught me. That’s right! When I wrote my play “Orgena” a Negro spelled backward Wallace D. Muhammad took my play and helped me to rewrite it and put it in a language that would be more universally acceptable. You don’t know that but I have got to tell you. Malcolm X was my teacher. I am not in the business of reaching into a diaper to smear people’s faces with feces because that is what babies do because they are immature. When you mature in the wisdom of Allah (God) you can find that even evil works to promote good. Now I am almost finish my son came and told me and I am very disobedient but you could never be a true Muslim without a knowledge of and love for Prophet Muhammad Ibn Abdullah. We could never be considered true Muslims without a knowledge of and love for the Holy Qur’an. Imam W. D. Mohammad raised up Islamic teachers and scholars and people disagreed with him. ~The Honorable Minister Louis Farrakhan
