Now, we all know how much I love my Shelby .... She been my co pilot since the day I got her ... She is a very sweet girl that loves all people .... She always seemed to get attention from other drivers, drive thru clerks, and even a few people side of the road ... But, today made me proudest and yet the funniest of all encounters ..... The last couple of weeks, she has been making a big habit of staring ( at stop lights ) at people until she gets some kind of reaction ..... More than once, they roll the windows down and holler Such a pretty dog .... I simply holler back a Thank YOU and huge smile ..... This afternoon .... we were at a red light and two women in the next car were raising hell ( I mean a huge ruckus) .... hollering screaming and carrying on ( btw, was about money ) .... Anyway, Shelby just hangs her head the window ( I mean way out the window as if reaching for a treat or something ) and stares and stares .... As always around here, was extra long light ..... Finally the driver notices Shelby and says something to her rider, that I did not hear ... Next thing I know they are laughing and pointing at the Doo girl .... I simply tipped my hat and smiled as we drove on .... Point is, she not only makes me smile and happy ... she broke up the argument ... and made those ladies smile as well... :)
