Now, what did I do today? I used the F word in a parish council meeting and got kicked out. The council was set up to lynch me because the choir doesnt want to learn anything, and so the solution was to set me up to blow up so they could have a reason to get rid of me. And, unfortunately, I played right into it. I am angry, but I forgive them for what they do not know. The tragedy about this is more theirs than mine, because I was ready and willing to help even more than they knew, but since they would not accept the blame where it was properly placed, I am gone. And, I used the F word in helping me to be gone. Perhaps if I made better use of liturgical language myself, I would not have used the F Bomb - I would still be gone, but I would have retained some dignity and been able to frustrate the living daylights out of the council. Oh, well.
