Now when it comes to Ministry either Praise and Worship or Preaching, no matter how anointed, learned or gifted you are, even if you may preach or sing better than the person who is ministering before you, never ever allow the hidden ego to boast at how much you could have done better. Pray for the person if you feel they are off key or off track. It is not about you. There are many who laugh at other people s weaknesses when they are ministering infront. Some even joke about it. As a woship leader i learn from other worship leaders. If i feel you are better than me, i cant be jealous of you but rather i want to know your secret of connecting with the heavens. if the church seems cold or unresponsive pray for the worship leader and ask God to charge the atmosphere. If we can get rid of the I should have done better syndrome in the church then we l go somewhere
