Now with Durga Puja and Diwali over and before Christmas and New Years Eve... this is a wedding season. Normally food tastes the quite similar in every wedding. Can you remember one dish or a taste which was class apart and you recall the wedding more for that one reason? Let us know. We attended a wedding today and Boror Tenga was served and mind it... it was this humble dish what made the whole buffet stand apart. People were scurrying with empty bowls (which were meant for ice-creams and gulab jamuns) to the boror tenga spot and had their fill. Tasted very home made and truly was a rare thing to be served. At one wedding the baap of the buffet were the modest egg devils... you know the fresh haahor konir chop... :D :D ... that was truly engrossing...gluttony to the T. :D
