Nowadays, you could no longer distinguish between news and news feature. Even major networks and publications commit the sin of having opinionated reporting. Headlines have become subjectively descriptive to the point of looking artistic. When I was learning journalism two decades ago, I remember my mentor taught us that reports must be based on objective information. Nowadays, headlines whether news or feature include subjective words on it. News have too much colorful descriptions to the point it reads like a news feature. News have too much opinion to the point it reads like an Editorial. In my observation we have apparently lost the distinction between an anchor and a reporter, a writer and an editor.
