Number.... One. Raising Steam by Terry Pratchett. The pacing is off; the story takes place over a year or two, and thats unusual for a Discworld book. But its still a satisfying read with an excellent action sequence. You can tell the Pratchetts (Terry and, I believe, his daughter) are not quite at the top of their game, as portions of the book are highly explanatory despite the fact that a seasoned Discworld fan knows all the backstory.
