Number one complaint when training. I feel this in my joints. Answer to question. You will always feel something In your joints. They are what bends to engage your muscles. You must focus on engaging the muscles you are working. You only have 4 extremities. If you dont feel any muscle fatigue or pain you are not working out hard enough. A little discomfort is encouraged. Any out of ordinary joint pain is not okay. If doing an exercise properly you will be safe. Proper form is very important. Never rush an exercise. The longer the muscles are under stress the faster they will become stronger. Cheating form when Lunging or squatting or curling etc will only waist your time. After a good leg workout you should feel muscle pain for two days after. not all exercises are made equally for everyone so do what works for you.
