Nutrition Friday Facts: Want to balance blood sugar better? Try adding some high quality fats to your baked potato or piece of bread (hopefully not too much bread!). Adding some natural, raw nut butter like almond or cashew butter would work. Or a pat of grass fed butter (the real thing!), some olive or flax seed oil in your mashed potatoes.
