Nutrition tip: Timing is everything, especially post workout, to refuel your muscles else you miss the opportunity to maximise muscle recovery. Post workout is the best time to get a whey protein shake in, also some extra BCAAs if you can. Simple carbs are a must too to help replenish glycogen stores and avoid fats as it slows down digestion and protein absorption. It could be just an excuse to eat sweets ;) but having a few jellies post workout are fine...once theyre fat-free! or you can just stick with a banana.
