O I C must unanimously form a commuter of experts and scholars representing all continents which can be one member from KSA one from Pakistanone from Usa one from Australia one from turkey to represent Europe and one from Algeria or Nigeria to represent Aferica who should decide about citation of moon in Alaska which constitutes the early universal time zone subsequently followed by the rest of the world to decide about the citation of moon , the knowledge and science has progressed and the prophet pbuh has advised to derive amplifies from the guidance . It is question of primary importance for Muslims as related to one of the basic pillars of Islam and can not be taken casually bcz of our comforts and negligence s . Once it is decide in the Alskan zone it automatically will be followed in the subsequent zones and shall conclude in the Christmas Island in the Pacific Ocean in the Australian zone
