O. K... Still RANTING about the communistic health care reform mandates.... Thanks for sharing Jani Knowles, Isa Bell . We ALL need to get the word out, even if it feels as though were beating that dead horse to a pulp. Because, I truly dont believe folks realize the detrimental impact of nationalized healthcare. Only a small fraction of the population has benefited, through the elimination of pre-existing condition clauses. Proportionately, there has been only a slight increase in the those who are eligible for Medicaid, through expanded income guidelines. The folks that could not afford medical care Before Obamacare received Medicaid.. And, guess what? They Still Do. SO their health care has not improved in any way: they are STILL limited to using doctors //providers that are willing to Accept Medicaid and wait Forever to be paid... Some of those things are positives... However, small businesses have been basically forced to cut workers to 28 hrs a week. Those workers have been forced to take on 2nd jobs. Those working for large corporations have lost their buying power by being part of a large group health policy. They are thrown into the marketplace & forced to pay an excessive premium to cover all the mandated crap used by those who pay ZERO. Ppl who have paid there dues @jobs for many years have seen their health insurance be the 1st thing to go on the chopping block during Union negotiations. During company buy-outs those opting to retire find insurance chopped from exit agreements (when it is most needed). All of these ppl PAID for these insurances, not only monthly contributions, but thru having the tenacity to stay with a job for decades awaiting security. ITS A DISGRACE. And nothing can convince any thinking person that this Affordable Health Care Act has a thing to do with healthcare,, rather it has Everything to do with 1. controlling the population, 2. Increasing the economy thru mandatory purchasing of a product at DOUBLE the previous cost. 3. Giving insurance companies free reign to charge arbitrary premiums (another method of increasing economic income) 4. Increasing the profit margin of large CORPORATIONS by Decreasing or eliminating employee benefits 5. Oh did I already mention : Controlling the population!!!
