O.K. The verdict is in for me. I have three homemade laundry detergent recipes, two that are dry powder ones, and this one thats a liquid. I have NOT tried the other two yet, simply because this was the easiest, and Im used to using a liquid detergent, and Ive tried it for a week and a half...or two weeks, and I LOVE IT. It is very inexpensive {literally less than $0.20 cents a gallon}. It has a pleasant but faint clean smell. It WORKS on really dirty clothes {remember that I do the laundry of Superman and two other cyclists...and those clothes have a stink like none other!} Yet my clothes smell fresh and clean! It doesnt leave any spots on the clothing or residue in my HE machine. Its low sudsing and SUPER easy to mix up. I will still probably try the other two recipes, but as easy and cheap as this one is, I think Ive found my favorite. Did I mention that its cheap? And easy? Booyah!
