O2 Gym Tip of the Day: If you dont use it, you lose it! Nothing could be further from the truth. We live in a society where exercise is the exception, not the rule. When the human body is not active, it inevitably degenerates. The muscles become weak & flabby, the joints begin to stiffen, and the lungs & heart become steadily less efficient. Because of this, the choice is not between being fit & not being fit. Its between being fit & allowing our bodies to degenerate. Exercise & fitness are too important to be put off for lack of time! Well help you get a good 20 minutes workout at least 3 times a week at Oxygen Gym
