OBSERVATION OF THE DAY: Never be afraid to explore the lights and shadows that define your life. Take a chance and see how deep they go. Never be afraid to push the limits of what you think you can do. If youre always holding back, how will you ever know what youre truly capable of? How will you ever find balance if you dont find out just how heavy that unknown quantity is? Knowing your limits means youve discovered your limits. The trick is being smart enough to respect those limits. Learn all the rules and learn them well. I believe that if you know your limits, if you know the rules by heart, when it comes time push beyond those limits and evolve as person, youll be ready. When it comes time to break those rules, youll have the skill to finesse such a bold maneuver. The only person who can define such things is you, so take your time and do it well. Never let anyone do it for you. ...and keep a pot of hot coffee at the ready. Self-discovery can be exhausting. Stay freaky, fellow babies. Ill be seeing you in the looney bin lunch line.
