OBSERVATORY OF THE MUSIC AND ARTS To make of the culture the control lever of the development of Senegal and Africa such is basically the objective of our international organization based to Pikine. The Look-out post(Observatory) of the Music and the Arts ( OMART) has a fundamental and sacred mission, that to be a guard and a sentinel of the culture. We led fights for the protection(saving) of the material and immaterial heritage(holdings) through studios(workshops) with practitioners and experts on the subject We also came down(fell) on the ground to defend(forbid) certain big cultural projects as the monument of the memorial of Gorée and the Monument of the African Renaissance. Realizations of development in favour of local authorities, he(it) exists as the installation of libraries(bookcases) in establishments public and studios(workshops) of poetries and tales for the benefit of the pupils there to raise(find) the low level in French. Mission: taken care by the deprived children, the cultural nursery schools or the cultural education is taught schoolboys(schoolgirls), are experimented in the suburb of Pikine and to Niaga. THE OMART worked a lot these last years to fight against the poverty in greenrooms and creators by the creation of an institution of Microfinance affiliated to Planetfinance whom manages Jacques ATTALI.
