Use a sharp knife and slice the fish into, nice and even slices. Divide the salmonslices on to four plates,present the salmon as you want. Mix together all the ingredients together, limejuice,soysauce and ginger. Toss together fennel,apple and fresh ,coriander and add a pinch of salt. When served divide the ponzusauce all over the salmon pieces then place the salad nice and airy on top. A healty dish,easy to make and great for those romantic moments.
