ODonnell explains in detail the actions taken by prosecutors to mislead the Grand Jury. This is one of the main reasons I say they should be charged with collusion to commit fraud. Furthermore, given that the lead prosecutor has had 4 prior non-indictments a RICO investigation could be warranted. Remember, RICO charges do not deal solely with upper case Organized Crime which usually means groups such as the Mafia or drug cartels. It also applies to all organized crime in which there is a conspiracy, plot or collusion to commit theft, fraud or murder. A RICO investigation can look into events as much as 10 years into the past. RICO laws are designed to not only convict the actual perpetrator of a crime but also his co-conspirators and the leader of the conspiracy: The one that gave the order.
