Its perfect in that its just a few stops away from Williamsburg (or only 2 if you take the express J/M/Z) and the area itself is up and coming, BUT its not so much so that youre paying 1200/WEEK for rent and its not infested with tourists. -Roommates: All females in their twenties - 1 is an earth science teacher with a cat named Woe, and 2 work at record labels. Everyone has varying schedules so bathroom use has never been an issue. *$200 deposit which will be returned to you once it has been assessed that everything in the apartment is as it was left. Deposit will be a check just held onto for a month. If after I return and have assessed that everything is in good shape, the check will then be ripped up.
