OFFICE HOURS - I know exactly where to stop when we need a detour from looking at condos on Longboat Key. After years of considering the relo, this nice couple from Connecticut have had enough of winter, confirming its the right time to define their own Sarasota lifestyle. Mrs. B says shes followed along with our little Sarasota Lifestyle adventure for more than 11 months...about the time I launched this little adventure. When she discovered I actually know a couple things about Sarasota (both as an adventurer and as a real estate agent), she requested my help in cementing their dream of living in the sunshine state. Its always refreshing to work with FUN people who actually appreciate my knowledge of location, values, and target purchase prices. As we take a quick detour at Beer Can Island for a little soft sand, ocean surf, and warm sun, were talking about and comparing the condos weve seen while shuffling along against this soft sand and warm breeze. My gosh, its a gorgeous morning! And I assure you, I have the ability to think clearly about business while my tie is loosened and my bare feet are shuffling through this sand. :) Seriously, who needs a boring office filled w/ cubicles and robots dressed in business attire when a quick detour can put us right here with this view? Everything I could do at a boring office, we can do right here...or from my mobile office. Ive been doing it this way for 12 years on purchases from $50,000 to $2.7MM...with NO complaints from the people whose opinion matters most: my clients. A fancy office, a fancy car, and fancy clothes dont impress any savvy business person. I work with a lot of savvy people, regardless of purchase price. They know bullshit when they see & hear it. I know what Im talking about, and I prove it with empirical evidence...regardless of where Im calling my office for the day. :) Okay then. Lets do this.... Enjoy!
