OFFICE OF THE VICE CHANCELOR Due to the unfortunate protests carried out by the students on monday 24th november -25th november 2014, which led to the unfortunate shooting of 2 students,i want to use this medium to urge students to forgive us for the uncomfortable measures the authorities took to bring about calm. It is in that light that the university has urged students to return to their hostel rooms and begin preparations for their exams which has been post poned to monday the 1st of december 2014. I want to categorically repeat that, no levies has been increased and that school would remain the same. We urge you all to remain peaceful and prepare for the exams,so that we would not disrupt the academic calender and usher new students in next year begining.
