OFFICE PARKS in Macon-Bibb County: Macon needs more white collar and high paying corporate jobs and to do that..... I think the city-county needs to work to recruits some investors and developers etc. to develop an office park in the Macon- Bibb county area to attract more companies similar to GEICO, IKON, and etc. There are over 30,000 college students who attend school in Macon alone; not including surrounding universities like FVSU, GCSU etc. Bring more white collar jobs to this area would help retain some of these college students increase population and tax base; what you guys think about this? Office park YES or NO
