OFFICIAL AGN NOTICE In the last three days, I have received countless massages, mainly from Lagos, from AGN members who paid for their Identity Cards but have not received it. It is important that you read this notice properly. 1. The New AGN Identity Card, is issued by Diamond Bank. It is a Smartcard that one can use anywhere in the world. 2. This card is available for ONLY REVALIDATED MEMBERS. That you had registered as an AGN member does not qualify you for this card. You MUST REVALIDATE your membership by paying a revalidation fee of N4, 900 (Four thousand, nine hundred naira) into the AGN Account. (DO NOT EVER PAY CASH TO ANYBODY) 3. There are members that paid the revalidation fee and they failed to follow it up. AGN Secretariat would not issue you with ID Card when you have not filled the revalidation form. To pay the revalidation fee is one thing, to fill the form/submit your passport photo is another thing. You MUST FOLLOW UP THE PROCESS. 4. If you are a registered member and you have not paid this revalidation fee, please pay urgently into the account hereunder presented. DIAMOND BANK NAME: ACTORS GUILD NIGERIA A/C NO: 0030710723 5. If you have paid already and you are yet to fill the revalidation form, please go to the AGN office, (STRICTLY FOR MEMBERS IN LAGOS) with your bank teller and get your form. The Address is: 17 Ajao Road, Off Olufemi St, Off ogunlana Drive 6. Direction for other states would be available in the next few weeks. 7. For all the members who already paid, and have filled the form, and are yet to receive their ID Cards, please bear with us. The cards come in batches from the bank and they shall be distributed once they arrive. Suffice it to say that many members have already received theirs. 8. We also have Credible Health Insurance Plans for all members. We have a plan for N13,000, another for N16,000 and another for N40,000. Members can choose any of the plans. The aim of this Insurance plan is to ensure that our members who fall sick would receive urgent medical attention, without recourse to public benevolence. (THIS INSURANCE IS A YEARLY PLAN) 9. Registration for new members is Twenty Thousand Naira only, also payable Nationwide to the provided account. (DO NOT PAY CASH TO ANYBODY) It is important to state that things are taking shape massively for all the actors and actresses in Nigeria. We must come together to build a stronger AGN.
