OFFICIAL COMPETITION POST The next block of classes will be starting in 3weeks on Tuesday the 29th of July. Anyone who may be interested can come and try out a class over the next two weeks. As u can see in the video we have people from all abilities and walks of life. Feedback has been brilliant with people reporting up to 8pounds weight loss in 3.5 weeks. Most of all its an enjoyable experience and makes exercise fun.
