Send your Official names, Name of your Ward and Contact address (Strictly email or phone number) to- rev.mumo@yahoo ,to 4tformulambeeresouth@gmail OR Robert @robertnjuenamu@gmail 2. Propose the best approaches of creating awareness to the local communities on their civic roles and democratic rights of voting as members of the electorate. 3. Suggest areas you think are not addressed in the manifesto and suggest the reasons why you think they must be inclusion. 4. Tell us whether you would be available at all forums for Civic education and empowerment Program to the community from January 1, 2015. You may want to share with us which are the suitable days to carry out the activity in your Ward. 5. Propose an Opinion leader in your Ward who you think if Contacted may support the 4T FORMULA Reform agenda strongly for change in Mbeere south. Younger leaders of ages 45 and below are highly recommended. 6. Share with us the possible challenges or threats we are likely to face in your Ward during the Civic empowerment Program and activities and probably share the technics you think can be employed to solve them. 7. Share with us other ways to finance the 4T FORMULA CIVIC EDUCATION EMPOWERMENT PROGRAM other than the CDF of Mbeere South. Do you think the local communities can participate in the program? Tell us in which ways. 8. if possible tell us what aspects of development in your Ward you think have not been given priority by the current elected Leadership of Mbeere South. 9. Post to our 4T TOSHA PAGES IN YOUR WARD some photographs or images of the projects which the CDF is currently undertaking in the local communities whether complete or incomplete. You may share a successful story of it or the failures. In any case be genuine. 10. Do not send to us your National Identification or Voter registration details. They are highly prohibited on this online registration tool but they will be needed at the Empowerment Centers when we come to the ground. We shall use the online tool to confirm active members for the last six month before the date of commencement. This will be done by our Secretariat and Staff.
