OFFICIAL STATEMENT VIA THE ANTI-DOGFIGHTING CAMPAIGN PRESIDENT & CEO... I want to officially state that the Anti-DogFighting Campaign fully supports Gordon Shell through this trying time. I would like to ask all of our supporters to offer your support to Gordon as he is going through a difficult time. Many of you have seen the media reports on him and we ask that you do not judge him based everything you read in these media articles (as you know most of the time, all of the facts are NOT there). Many individuals and pages are passing judgement and making false accusations based on what they have read in these articles when ALL the facts are NOT stated. I suggest you look up Gordon Shells achievements and look at his history in animal advocacy and learn who he is and what he has given to the animal advocacy world and then you will get a better insight on who he really is. Gordon has given himself to saving victims of animal cruelty selflessly...from saving dog fighting victims, fighting for justice for victims so they dont have to, to saving abused, neglected, abandoned victims. He has been out there in the field where animals were in need. Take a moment to think of all that Gordon Shell has done to help the animals. Or remembering when he put his life at risk to fight one last fight and donated ALL his earning to MHS, which handles many animal cruelty cases. And lets not forget how his determination to call out Vick and fight him for justice of all the victims that suffered. The many events that Gordon has taken part in to raise awareness and charity events he took part in for the animals. And this is only a little bit of what he has done. I can honestly say its an honor to work with and have him as part of my staff. I also want to ask that all of our supporters take a moment to remember what Advocating for Animal Welfare is all about. This describes Gordon Shell completely. Before passing judgements, know ALL the FACTS. We, as advocates, need to pull together and offer our support to a fellow advocate and voice for the voiceless.
