OFMDFM Junior Minister Jennifer McCann yesterday attended the launch of a report into the childcare needs of ethnic minority communities in Northern Ireland carried out by Dr Donna Kernaghan from Barnardos NI in conjunction with the NI Council for Ethnic Minorities.
