OG, I found all the lowlows here in Kuwait... They are literally all in the impound lot on the border or Kuwait and Saudi. The last traffic undersecretary General had all of them pulled for having aftermarket modifications, illegal paint, not being stock, and deemed them hazardous on the road... Theres gotta be like 50 in there just rotting away. 5 of them I know for sure were in lowrider magazine. I talk to Kuwait lowrider group and they said all their cars are under investigations spread out over the next year...
