OGERs!! NEXT Week - OGER 2.0 BEGINS!! We are completely reformatting our programming to have comprehensive 13 week systems with goals for making you great! This first quarter is transitional with focus on GREAT SQUATS - integrating mobility, skill work, strength work,and WoDs!
