OH MY GOD I am friggin livid. Had a number call me saying I have an over due debt and they will be filing suit against me. Not knowing WHAT the heck they were talking about I called freaking out. Turns out it is for a relative and in the middle of me telling the woman I didnt appreciate them calling MY number and saying that I personally had a charge against me as a veiled threat just to call them she hung up on me. So I called back and asked to speak to a supervisor. The guy said he was the shift manager or whatever and I explained that I wanted my number removed from their system and I would be reporting them if they should ever call me again. He says. Well you number was removed quite a bit ago. I asked for the time stamp. He said 1:42. THREE minutes ago. I told him that I should not have been hung up on and that it was horrible customer service. He said well lady, you arent my customer so we can say what we want and hung up on me. OH HELL NO. So I called back again absolutely furious and they hung up as soon as I got the first word out of my mouth because it shows the phone number you are calling from. So if you get a call from 1-844-284-9101 dont bother answering it as they are nothing but a bunch of arseholes trying to search for someone else and making it look like YOU have something wrong with a debt.
