OIL SPILL RESPONSE SPECIALIST Atyrau, O&G Requirements: -A degree in Engineering or a Technical disciplin -5 years broad experience in an operations environment within the O&G or related industry -Knowledge of RoK Legislation -Good verbal and written communications skills and good proficiency in English -Presentation and training skills Responsibilities: -Development of National Staff to international OSR Standards -OSR Risk reviews from asset commissioning through to operations -Preparing Oil spill equipment to meet response objectives and Regulatory compliance -Specification and procurement of oil spill equipment as per annual procurement plan -Oil spill risk assessment, incident prevention planning and auditing at sites, incident investigation -Oil spill response training, coaching and auditing for Tier 1 response preparedness by Contractors -Preparing/delivering Training to Tier 1 and Tier to Contractor field responders to meet preparedness objectives -Technical interfacing and logistics support planning with Tier response contractor Designing, organizing and report preparation for oil spill response exercises (both table top and field deployment types) to meet preparedness objectives and regulatory compliance -The timely and efficient allocation of personnel assigned according to the manpower plan -Reporting all activities to the Oil Spill Response Coordinator -Being familiar with response development objectives and regulatory requirements Please send you CV to [email protected]
