OK - So customs are getting even more strict, because I am a small business, these charges are taking its toll, not to mention refunds given and time some items are taking to get through it - We seriously need to evaluate the situation, and this might mean no more trainers and imported bags. I know I have a whole load of amazing customers (90%) that wait, and are so lovely and understanding, but I do have some that cause that much fuss (no-one in particular) I end up refunding, re-sending or paying that much postage that its taking it out of my own pocket. I am the first to be apologetic of the situation, but sometimes I just cannot do anything more than I have done when an item gets caught up in customs, I can keep tracking and getting info, and hoping. RM are a complete nightmare for me, and rarely every refund me on any lost parcels as they have some way of getting put of it. My main thing is - I hate when people think I have taken their money, or ripped them off in some way - Every single one of my customers who have been caught up in any situation have had it solved, be that items arriving or re-sent, or offered refunds or exchange if they wanted, I have NEVER ripped anyone off (to my knowledge) things may take longer, but that does not mean, I have kept the items or any monies paid. Sorry for the rant, am just trying to clear things up - I thank every single one of you for a llllllll your support every single step of the way - I honestly mean that from the bottom of my heart!!! xxxxxxxxxxxx
