OK.. After flying to INDIA for about 8 years I got my first complaint letter from a pax. Stating that I used derogatory words and continue using it thru out the flight The FACT is that I was addressing a pax that was using his Mobile after the safety demo was over and we started taxing for take off. I told the customer involved if he followed any Rules? The pax two rows behind wrote a complaint letter complaining to the company. This after many other inconvenience from the start of his trip to his connection and finally my trip which included wrong meal etc. Me addressing the mobile issue was not even with him. However this customer is treating to take legal actions if the company dont take any action against me. I think I should reserved my right to get get my OWN Lawyer.. and skip the UNION representation. I feel this customer is damaging my image and my integrity as a person. Defamation of Character of my Person so the question is ANY GOOD LAWYER you can recommend on the NEW JERSEY and NEW YORK AREA?
