OK BEFORE COMMENTING NO NASTINESS, NO MEAN INSULTING POSTS, NO HATE ETC. I am curious as to what you guys think about this? I understand chained & abandoned dogs is a bad thing and the people responsible for those dogs need to be handled accordingly but what about folks that have pets with no fenced yards and want to give their dog some fresh air but cannot be out with them every second they are outside? I know there are a million ways to twist it, scenario after scenario, but what happens when/if the folks that dont have a fence, and dont abandon their dog outside have to turn in their dogs into a shelter because they cannot afford a fine clearly if they cannot afford a fence, or even if they have a fence but have a fence jumper and tie their dog for outside time to be safe? I am curious what everyones point of views are here in a good healthy conversational way, not a judgy insulting way :p B| In the grand scheme of things and overall I think its for the greater good and safety I just worry how many mind end up turning their dogs over to shelters because of it.
