OK FB friends, i need your help! I have cleared out my elderly friends house and have a two car farage FULL of furniture, accessories, lamps, bedding, throws, throw pillows, books, tapes, dvds, tvs etc. i have spent an entire morning trying to donate this stuff. No one will do pick-ups any more or, are you ready for this, they want you to email pictures of each item for them to decide! Almost all the furniture came from Lombards so this is really good quality. The condo association doesnt allow tag sales so I am at a loss......and no, i am not paying someone to take it. Does anyone have a church group that can pick it up for a garage sale? Any other ideas? Unreal that there are so many charities that want money and donations but wont pick up. It would take me three men and a moving truck just to take it somewhere to donate? Are you kidding? Any ideas? Rant over!😥
