OK Florence Friends here is this Week Menu... a little early I might say.. September 23rd -Sunday 29th Monday’s Luncheon Special – We will offer again Sea Food from our South Carolina Shores via Seven Seas Fish Market, Murrels Inlet. Teresa Brunson is going to cook up some Grouper Medallions served over Organic Buckwheat Soba Noodles with a divine Cajun Cream Sauce or Clay Pot’s famous Seafood Casserole made with SC Shrimp (Seven Seas Fish Market in Murrells Inlet) and SC Scallops in a mixture of organic spinach, garlic cream sauce crusted with that ever so light Greek fillo dough, both entree’s are served with an organic greens salad and Garlic Bread. $9.50 2 great offerings! Tuesday’s Special – Beef Enchiladas Clay Pot Style – Startin with Pasture Raised Beef from Darlington County slow cooked with Clay Pots Spices, shredded and cooked some more then wrapped with mushrooms/onions in a wrap, topped with organic greens, topped with our confetti, sour cream, and avocado served with Organic Tortilla Chips and fruit salsa. 8.00 Wednesday’s Lunch. Portabella Mushroom Sandwiches with bell pepper and onion Ovis Hill Farmers Cheese and served on a wheat bun with our Organic Buck Wheat Salad and Healthy Chips. $7.50 Thursday’s menu – OH MY GOSH – Tomato Pie Our OMG Pie is made with fresh tomatoes from M&M Flower Farm in Turbeville, sliced thin, and place in our ice water pie crust, then spiced up with a layer of sweet sautéed onion, and topped with a blend of ricotta, mayo, and parmesan cheese, served with a side of artisan greens and mandarin orange salad. $8.00 Friday’s Lunch and Friday Nights Supper a Newbe - Request from the Kitchen…Curried Turkey Sandwiches Made from one of David Whites BIG pasture raised turkey, pineapple, cranberries and of course India Curry and Clay Pots “Some Like It Hot” Spices, on a roll and paired with an Organic Quinoa salad and Healthy Chips. $8.50 Saturday 1st Anniversary and “Top of the Pot Lunch and Supper Menu Just a we served a year ago..only this time, we’re using SC Pasture Raised Pork (Boston Butts) from McCullough Farms in Kingstree, Frank is grilling REAL slow, then pulled and saucing it up just right and serving it with our very own Slaw Salsa and chips. $8.00 Sunday Dinner, Frank is working overtime on the grill out back grilling what he wants…today it’s some Rock Cornish Hens that we’ve spiced up and serving with Carolina Rice and blended with some Organic Black in a mushroom, pine nut dish and served with Organic Green Beans and a Sweet Potato Biscuit. $9.00
