OK, Fourth Amendment to the US Constitution... "Amendment IV The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized." Ok, so what part of wiretapping the telephones of average citizens, use of drones to observe us walking around, or invading and searching those houses in Vegas, ALL with NO warrants, are supported by this amendment? They have to get the warrant for exactly what they are looking to locate, where they intend to search, and who controls the area the search is to be done (whose home, etc., a name of a suspect MUST be on the warrant, and it must be granted by a judge signature). This one is just TOO easy to point the illegality of today out with. How could they misinterpret this one? Simple; because they count on you not knowing it.
