OK Friends and Family...I love posting details of my kids triumphs and personal successes, but when your kid plays for you on a team, that seems to be a bit awkward. So, let me get this out now. AS MOM, I am very proud of what Landree has agreed to take on this season as a freshman: Lead off hitter, pitching (which she has never really done seriously and not since she was 9), and my daily punching bag at practice. How proud of her right now will not change this season. But, I wont be posting personal stats of her for the above stated reason. So I urge you all to LIKE the Daily Astorian Sports page. They do an amazing job of covering local sports, then after that check out Scott Miethe page because there is nothing wrong with Dad bragging a little! :-)
