We can work with big corporations to shift their main assets to other jobs. Yes, you guessed it, the people are the main asset of any company. They can shift their capital to other industries. This showcase is a unifying project. Its meant for the people of the world as a long term project starting small and local and spreading out when ready. It will be a place the organizations can rent out parts of. Conference center. Retreat center. A place we grow food for big stores and a CSA for local people. Yes, its a big vision to go along with the big challenges we are facing now. We have around 40 days to make this happen. There are no other properties in AZ that have what this property does. Its priceless if we work with it. Few can realize a profit at the current asking price. We will work with many for profit companies eventually and 99 % of people would support this if they knew about it.
