OK! Heres the deal! 5 Week Pilates Body Challenge! Starting Monday October 6th I will be hosing a 5 week Pilates challenge. :) This will be a very small and exclusive group so I can give each girl individual and focused attention. For this first challenge I will only be taking on 3 or 4 girls, so spots are extremely limited and is first come first serve!! Schedule is down below (times can be moved and are flexible): Monday Nights 7pm - Pilates Sculpt Class Tuesday Nights 7pm - Pilates Cardio Class Wednesday Nights 7pm - Traditional Pilates Class Friday Mornings - Outdoor Cardio Burn Class I am SO excited to launch this program and look forward to working with 3 awesome girls who want to explore all the amazing benefits of Pilates!!
